Linda S. Burleson, 69, passed away peacefully, with her loving family by her side Thursday, April 27, 2017. She was born on May 24, 1947 in Badin, North Carolina daughter of the late Luther A. and Pauline Almond Stiller.
Ms. Linda married her high school sweet heart, Mickey on May 22, 1966. They would have celebrated 51 years of marriage. Together they moved to Myrtle Beach in 1980. They owned and operated Camper Country where Ms. Linda supported Mickey through all his endeavors. In her free time, Ms. Linda loved to travel, spend time with family, visit the casinos, going out to eat at various local restaurants, and had an affinity for cooking and baking. She was a loving, caring and supportive woman who will be missed by all who had the honor of getting to know her.
She leaves to cherish her memory her adoring husband, Mickey Burleson; their daughter, Becky Innami and husband, Toby of Myrtle Beach; son, Scott Burleson and wife, Beth of Myrtle Beach; five granddaughters, Grace, Anna, Sarah, Emily and Claire; and her twin brother, L.A. Stiller "Sonny" and his wife, Lynn of North Carolina.
A Celebration of Mrs. Linda's Life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Burroughs Funeral Home of Murrells Inlet.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the entire staff of Heartland Hospice for the wonderful and personal care shown to Mrs. Linda and their family.
